Patna, Aug. 12 -- Bihar has prepared a comprehensive plan to enhance the capacity and ensure the continuous professional development of teachers in universities and affiliated colleges across the state.
Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor Deepak Kumar Singh said here on Wednesday that the initiative, prepared in line with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, aims to continuously improve the teaching skills, academic competence and overall professional capabilities of faculty members in higher educational institutions.
He said a systematic framework for training and professional development of teachers was being developed under the initiative.
