Patna, Oct. 9 -- Bihar BJP president Sanjay Saraogi today asserted that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was united and would jointly campaign for all eight candidates in the upcoming elections to eight seats of the Bihar Legislative Council.
Saraogi said the alliance comprised five parties and was contesting the elections in coordination, with four candidates each from the Janata Dal (United) and the BJP.
He said meetings of the NDA legislature party were held periodically and that a meeting of alliance legislators and available MPs was held at the Chief Minister's residence under the leadership of Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary.
