Patna, July 18 -- Bihar Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Minister Lakhendra Paswan on Saturday announced that the state government has launched a 24x7 online monitoring system for all 91 SC-ST residential schools by linking them to a centralised Command and Control Centre in Patna.
Paswan said here that the new system has been introduced to further strengthen security, discipline and the quality of education in the residential schools.
Under the initiative, all residential schools have been equipped with advanced CCTV cameras, with live feeds being transmitted directly to the central Command and Control Centre.
