Patna, July 4 -- The Bihar government has approved 29 industrial projects and allotted around 37.95 acres of industrial land for their establishment, an official statement said on Saturday.

Industries Minister Shreyasi Singh said the Project Clearance Committee (PCC) of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) also approved the allocation of plug-and-play sheds to speed up the setting up and operationalisation of industrial units.

She said the approved projects are expected to attract investments of about Rs 6,000 crore and generate employment for nearly 3,000 people across the state.
