Mathura, Feb. 23 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan arrived on Monday in the holy city of Mathura on a day-long visit, where he participated in various religious programmes.

Known for his simplicity and erudition, the Governor interacted with the media and shared his thoughts on Indian culture, the glory of Braj, and humanity.
