Patna, Aug. 20 -- Bihar has been allocated a target of constructing more than 11.18 lakh pucca houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) during the financial year 2026-27, with the Centre providing assistance of Rs 13,427 crore for the purpose.
Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday participated in a programme organised by the Rural Development Department to mark the housewarming of 2.35 lakh completed houses, the distribution of house keys to beneficiaries and the sanction letters to newly selected beneficiaries.
