Patna, Nov. 7 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Saturday urged people to spread awareness about cancer, undergo timely screening and adopt a healthy lifestyle on the occasion of National Cancer Awareness Day.
Choudhary said early detection and appropriate treatment play a crucial role in strengthening the fight against cancer.
In a message posted on social media platform X, the Chief Minister called upon people to take a pledge to spread awareness about the disease, seek timely screening and embrace healthy lifestyle practices.
He emphasised that early identification of cancer and proper treatment are vital in combating the disease.
