Patna, April 15 -- Bihar's newly sworn-in Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary swung into action soon after taking oath, signalling a brisk start to his tenure on Wednesday.
Shortly after the swearing-in, he reached the state secretariat, formally assumed charge at the Chief Minister's Office, and convened a high-level meeting with senior administrative officials.
The meeting was attended by principal secretaries and top officials from various departments, with a clear focus on accelerating governance and reviewing pending schemes. Emphasising efficiency, the Chief Minister directed officials to prioritise the swift resolution of public grievances and warned that negligence in development works would not be tolerated.
