Patna, April 30 -- Taking serious cognizance of criminal incidents, Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today instructed the security sleuths to arrest the accused within 48 hours of any criminal incident, including murder, and ensure prompt filing of chargesheets.
During a one-day workshop and review meeting held at the state convention hall with District Magistrates (DMs) and Superintendents of Police (SPs) from across Bihar, the Chief Minister conducted a detailed review of law and order, implementation of government schemes, and public service delivery.
