Patna, May 25 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has directed officials to expedite installation of solar power panels at the premises of 10 lakh beneficiaries under the Kutir Jyoti scheme.
Chairing a review meeting of the Energy Department on Monday, the Chief Minister said that the state government is committed to promoting renewable energy and reducing dependence on conventional electricity sources. He emphasised that the solar initiative would play a key role in enhancing power generation capacity and ensuring green energy solutions and self-reliance for consumers.
