Patna, May 16 -- : Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary marked the completion of his first month in office with major announcements on Saturday, including approval for two cement manufacturing units by leading companies Dalmia and Ambuja Cements in Muzaffarpur and Kishanganj, and the establishment of the country's third National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) on 100 acres of land in Hajipur.
