Motihari, June 22 -- Despite sustained crackdowns by law enforcement agencies on narcotics trafficking, drug smuggling continues to flourish along the India-Nepal border, particularly in Bihar''s East Champaran district, where the increasing involvement of women in the illicit trade has become a growing concern.
