Patna, Sept. 2 -- The Bihar government has taken a significant initiative to revive closed sugar mills and provide fresh momentum to sugarcane farmers, the rural economy and agro-based industries in the state.
As part of the Saat Nischay-3 initiative and its objective of "Prosperous Industry-Empowered Bihar," Cooperation Minister Ram Kripal Yadav today conducted a high-level review of the ongoing preparations for setting up new cooperative sugar mills at Raiyam in Darbhanga and Sakri in Madhubani.
