Patna, June 6 -- Two security personnel of educator Khan Sir, lodged in jail in connection with an attempted murder and illegal arms use case, have filed regular bail petitions in a court in Patna.
The matter would be heard on Monday.
The bail applications of security guards Pradeep Kumar and Talebar Singh were filed before the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Anurag Verma at the Patna Civil Court by their counsel, Arvind Kumar Mauar.
Speaking to reporters, Adv Mauar said that a petition seeking anticipatory bail on behalf of Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, may also be filed before the District Judge's court in Patna by Monday.
The case stems from an alleged firing incident near Khan Sir's coaching institute in Patna. ...
