Patna, April 20 -- A special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) court today sentenced a man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment (RI) for raping a minor schoolgirl.
Special Judge Dinkar Kumar also imposed a fine of Rs 60,000 on the convict.
The court found Rajiv Kumar, a resident of Dilwar village under NTPC police station area in Patna district, guilty of committing rape on a minor girl.
