Patna, Aug. 15 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary hoisted the national flag at Lok Sevak Awas, 1 Anne Marg, on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day today.
The Chief Minister hoisted the Tricolour in the morning and took the salute of a joint contingent during the ceremonial programme.
