Patna, July 24 -- Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar today congratulated Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, the Deputy Chief Ministers, the Council of Ministers, and the people of Bihar on the successful completion of the state government''s first 100 days in office.
