Bengaluru, Aug. 25 -- Farmers opposing the proposed Bidadi Township project on Tuesday shifted their protest from Bairamangala to Bengaluru, announcing a fresh agitation at Freedom Park against the acquisition of their land.
The farmers, who have been protesting at Bairamangala Circle for more than 500 days, arrived in Bengaluru and began their protest at Freedom Park from 1100 hours.
