Neeraj BaliChandigarh, Aug. 6 -- Fresh turmoil inside the Punjab Congress erupted in Ludhiana on Thursday after an organisational meeting descended into chaos, with leaders close to state Congress chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring alleging that repeated disruptions at official party programmes were part of a continuing attempt by a rival faction to weaken the organisation despite the Congress high command making its stand on the state leadership clear.
