New Delhi/Hyderabad, June 1 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday met AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi and briefed him on the latest political developments in Jharkhand ahead of the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
According to party sources, Bhatti Vikramarka recently visited Jharkhand on the directions of the Congress high command and submitted a report to Kharge regarding the political situation and party affairs in the state.
During the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister informed the AICC chief about his discussions with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and efforts being made to bring all constituents of the INDIA alliance onto a common platform for the Rajya Sabha elections.
