Bengaluru, May 1 -- A Bengaluru-based man allegedly posed as a police officer, lawyer and media representative to sexually exploit and blackmail several women, with police recovering objectionable videos and photographs of more than 20 women from his mobile phone, police said on Friday.
The accused, identified as Honeyyur Chandregowda, a resident of Subrahmanyapura and reportedly a committee member of the Ramanagara District Children's Commission, was arrested by the Rajarajeshwari Nagar police following a complaint by a woman.
