Siliguri, Oct. 24 -- West Bengal Tourism Minister Dr Shankar Ghosh said on Saturday that the state government would communicate its guidelines for next year's Durga Puja to puja committees in November or December, giving them adequate time to prepare for the festival in accordance with the prescribed norms.
Speaking to reporters after inspecting roads in Siliguri, particularly Hill Cart Road, Ghosh said the guidelines would outline the procedures to be followed by puja committees during next year's celebrations.
