Kolkata, June 18 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Thursday accused the state's former Trinamool Congress government of neglecting both Ayush and Yoga and said his government would do its best to spread their importance among the masses.
Addressing a press conference at Nabanna Sabhaghar alongside union Minister of state for Ayush and Health and family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav, Adhikari said "Yoga today is recognised worldwide. But in West Bengal, the scenario is completely different. Here some people for their alleged narrow mindedness had used Yoga as a mere tool of vote bank politics.
