Kolkata, June 22 -- West Bengal Finance Minister Swapan Dasgupta will present the state's first budget under the BJP-led government in the Assembly on Monday at 12 pm, with nationwide attention focused on Bengal as the budget is expected to outline the new government's roadmap for the future.
The budget is expected to outline the development roadmap of the new "double-engine" government and indicate the direction in which the state will move in the coming years.
