Kolkata, June 12 -- Trinamool Congress rebel MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar has levelled serious allegations against her former party, claiming that reports suggesting links between certain Trinamool leaders and extremist elements in Bangladesh warrant an independent investigation.

The Barasat MP has written to West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, seeking a neutral probe into allegations that have surfaced in a recent national media report.
