Kolkata, June 20 -- CID investigators visited the residence of Trinamool Congress MLA Sovandeb Chattopadhyay on Saturday in connection with the ongoing investigation into the alleged signature forgery controversy linked to the Assembly.
A team of CID officials, accompanied by a videographer, remained at the MLA's residence for around 30 minutes and questioned him.
However, Chattopadhyay refused to disclose details of the interaction with the investigators or the questions asked during the interrogation.
