New York, June 24 -- Belgium winger Jeremy Doku has rejoined the team's World Cup training camp in Seattle after a brief trip to England for the birth of his first child.

The 24-year-old Manchester City player was given permission by the Belgian Football Association to travel home and was accompanied by team doctor Brecht De Coninck.

Doku and his wife welcomed a son, Praise. Although Doku featured in Belgium's 1-1 draw with Egypt in its World Cup opener, he missed Sunday's 0-0 draw with Iran.
