Panchkula, Aug. 8 -- Haryana BJP president Dr Archana Gupta on Saturday welcomed the appointment of Banto Kataria as Chairperson and Renu Dabla as Vice-Chairperson of the Haryana State Scheduled Castes Commission, saying their experience would give fresh impetus to the functioning of the Commission.
Congratulating the two appointees, Gupta said both were experienced and dedicated leaders and expressed confidence that they would discharge their responsibilities with sensitivity and commitment.
She said the Commission has an important role in protecting the rights and advancing the welfare and upliftment of the Scheduled Caste community, and the experience of Kataria and Dabla would help strengthen its work.
