Agartala, July 10 -- Bangladesh has put forward a proposal to screen its acclaimed films in Tripura, which is part of a larger effort to enhance the connection between people and strengthen cultural ties between the two nations.
The proposal was brought up during a meeting held last night on the sidelines of Destination - Tripura Business Conclave 2026, here between Bangladesh High Commissioner M Riaz Hamidullah and Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha.
