Hyderabad, Sept. 8 -- union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Tuesday criticised the conduct of the Telangana Assembly and accused the Congress and BRS of diverting attention from public issues through political theatrics.
Speaking to the media at the BJP state office in Nampally, he said people were disgusted with the Assembly proceedings and objected to the alleged use of obscene and abusive language against the Speaker by BRS leaders.
He demanded immediate legal action against those accused of assaulting police personnel, including BRS MLC Tata Madhu.
Bandi Sanjay said valuable Assembly time was being wasted by focusing on a single issue instead of discussing problems faced by people.
