Hyderabad, April 19 -- union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Sunday launched a sharp attack on Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, accusing him of misleading the public with false promises and propaganda.
In a statement issued to the media, Bandi Sanjay alleged that the Chief Minister was resorting to "lies and deceit" to retain public support and claimed that even the union Home Ministry had criticised his style of functioning.
He further accused the Congress government of failing to fulfil its key poll promises, including implementation of six guarantees within 100 days and financial assistance of Rs 2,500 per month to women.
