Karimnagar, May 27 -- union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday criticised the Telangana Government over delays in paddy procurement and alleged negligence towards farmers suffering due to unseasonal rains.

After visiting the IKP procurement centre at Bommakal in Karimnagar along with the city Mayor and Deputy Mayor, Bandi Sanjay interacted with farmers and inspected moisture-damaged paddy stocks. Farmers reportedly expressed anguish over the losses they were facing.
