Seattle (United States), June 19 -- Australia head coach Tony Popovic believes his side must raise its level again if it is to overcome host United States in a pivotal FIFA World Cup Group D clash on Friday.
Popovic praised his team's disciplined display in a 2-0 victory over Turkiye but warned that replicating that performance alone may not be enough against a U.S. side buoyed by homesupport and fresh from a convincing opening-round win.
"We'll need to be better," Popovic said at a press conference held at Seattle Stadium on the eveof the match.
