Pune, Apr 9 ( UNI) The Anti-Terrorism Squad ((ATS) carried out a major operation in in the Shirur area of Pune district, leading to the arrest of two men allegedly involved in the sale of MD drugs (Mephedrone).Acting under the guidance of Police Superintendent Sandeep Singh Gill, the ATS team intercepted the suspects and recovered narcotic substances valued at approximately Rs1.04 lakh during the raid.Following information about the increasing circulation of MD drugs in the Ranjangaon MIDC and Shirur areas, Police Superintendent Sandeep Singh Gill promptly ordered the ATS team to take action.
