Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 29 -- Kerala shooter Vidarsha K Vinod, who returned home after a memorable campaign at the 2026 Asian Games, was accorded a warm welcome at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.
Vidarsha won two silver medals in shooting at the Asian Games, bringing further glory to Kerala through her impressive performance at the continental sporting event.
The Thiruvananthapuram Airport authorities welcomed the young shooter and honoured her with a traditional ponnada and a memento in recognition of her achievement and dedication.
The airport authorities said Vidarsha's accomplishment had made Kerala proud and described her journey as an inspiration to aspiring sportspersons in the State.
