New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- : India's campaign in the men's doubles teqball event at the 2026 Asian Games ended at the group stage after Declan Gonsalves and Mohamed Beg failed to make the quarterfinals.

The Indian pair suffered defeats in both their Group B matches. They opened their campaign with a 10-12, 8-12 loss to Vietnam's Truong Giang Ba and Anh Khoa Le. The first game was tied at 10-10 before the Vietnamese pair edged ahead.

Gonsalves and Beg then faced South Korea's Junsuk Lee and Taebeen Le but lost 0-2, going down 4-12 in the opening game and 7-12 in the second. The result left the Indian duo at the bottom of Group B.
