Kollam, Oct. 7 -- The five-day Ashtamudi Water Gate Music Festival, featuring a diverse line-up of musical traditions from across India, will begin at the Sree Narayana Guru Cultural Complex here on Wednesday as part of the Kerala Government's 100-day action programme.
Organised by the Cultural Affairs Department, the festival will feature live music performances every evening from October 7 to 11, along with daily screenings of films based on music and related themes. The event is aimed at revitalising the cultural complex and developing it into a vibrant public cultural space.
