Bengaluru, June 27 -- Claiming that Karnataka's Health Department itself was "in the ICU", Leader of the Opposition R Ashoka on Saturday launched an acerbic attack on the Congress government and warned of a statewide BJP agitation unless 35,196 vacant posts in the department are filled immediately.
