Hyderabad, July 26 -- Ashada Bonalu celebrations, reflecting Telangana's rich cultural heritage and traditions, were held with great religious fervour and grandeur at Praja Bhavan on Sunday, with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, along with his family, offering special prayers to Goddess Mahankali.
Bhatti Vikramarka performed special rituals, praying for the prosperity of the state, good health and longevity of its people, and abundant agricultural harvests.
His wife, Nandini Vikramarka, carried the traditional Bonam on her head to fulfil her vows before offering Naivedyam to the Goddess.
