Itanagar, May 16 -- Arunachal Pradesh Commerce and Industries Minister Nyato Dukam on Saturday inaugurated "Tulang," an edible oil extraction and production facility at the Industrial Estate in Pasighat. The unit, established as a subsidiary of Elam Industries, will manufacture and supply pure mustard and sesame oil in the region.
Addressing the inaugural programme, proprietor and Group Captain (Retd) Mohonto Panging Pao said the factory is committed to producing unadulterated edible oil. While the products are not being marketed as fully organic due to sourcing raw materials from different suppliers, he assured that the oil would remain completely pure and free from adulteration.
