Itanagar, May 16 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik on Saturday presented the 'Governor's Citation' along with a cash award of Rs 20,000 to Minati Dakuya, a staff member of Lok Bhavan, here, in recognition of her timely action that helped avert a major fire accident in the Lok Bhavan Complex.
The award was presented in a brief function at the Lok Bhavan, where the Governor commended Minati Dakuya for her exemplary sense of civic responsibility, dedication to duty, and concern for public safety.
