Itanagar, Sept. 24 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik presented the Governor's Citation to Subedar and Honorary Lieutenant Karn Singh, a veteran of the Kargil War and soldier of the Rajputana Rifles, here on Thursday.
Karn Singh is at present the House Comptroller, Lok Bhavan here. The citation was presented at a function held at Vivekananda Hall, Lok Bhavan, in recognition of his distinguished military service and exemplary contribution to the efficient management of Lok Bhavan.
