Itanagar, March 11 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of two Army personnel who lost their lives in an unfortunate accident in Upper Subansiri district.
The Governor said that Naib Subedar Kulwant Singh of the 908 Field Regiment under the 56 Artillery Brigade and Naik Pradeep Kumar Sharma of the 18 Sikh Regiment lost their lives while serving the nation.
According to reports, the accident occurred on March 7 near Reddi village, close to the India-China border, when their vehicle was proceeding from Gelemo to Taksing for operational duty under Operation Snow Leopard.
