Itanagar/New Delhi, April 15 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik met union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya Scindia in New Delhi on Wednesday to discuss strengthening key sectors for the State's development.
