Itanagar, April 14 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arunachal Pradesh, on Tuesday solemnly observed the 137th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar at its state party office here, with similar programmes held across districts and mandals.
The programme at the state office featured Advocate Chorpok Modi as the resource person.
Among those who addressed the gathering were IMC Mayor Likha Nari Tadar, state vice president and programme convenor Tarh Soping, and state general secretary Junty Singpho. Several MLAs, chairmen, morcha heads, and party karyakartas were also present.
