Itanagar, June 26 -- Naharlagun Police has arrested a sanitary supervisor of the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Naharlagun for allegedly secretly recording women inside washrooms, a senior officer said today.
According to Naharlagun Superintendent of Police Dr Nyelam Nega, the case came to light on the morning of June 25 when a woman using a general washroom near the ICCU Block at TRIHMS noticed a mobile phone being held through a ventilation gap and allegedly being used to film her.
Shocked by the incident, she immediately raised an alarm and informed her family members, who rushed to the spot. During the ensuing commotion, the suspect allegedly attempted to flee and was also seen trying to delete the record...
