Itanagar, July 2 -- A mild earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale struck West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday evening.
According to official earthquake parameters, the tremor occurred at 5:28:37 pm (IST). The epicentre was located at 27.282degN latitude and 92.307degE longitude, with a shallow depth of 5 km.
No immediate reports of casualties or damage to property were received at the time of filing this report.
