Bengaluru, Sept. 2 -- Bengaluru's contemporary art scene is turning the spotlight on printmaking, a medium that has often remained underrepresented in mainstream exhibitions, with Artisera hosting "The Mark of the Matrix - Impressions from Contemporary Indian Printmaking" until September 10.
The group exhibition brings together works by 11 contemporary Indian printmakers - Durgadas Garai, Dushyant Patel, Jayasimha Chandrashekar, Leticia Alvares, Nisha Dhinwa, Priyoum Talukdar, Swapnesh Vaigankar, Tsering Negi, Venugopal V G, Vijay Bagodi and Vishakha Apte - representing senior, mid-career and emerging practitioners.
