Jammu, Aug. 11 -- As part of the ongoing celebrations ahead of Independence Day, Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday organised a Tiranga Rally evoking a strong spirit of patriotism, national unity and pride in the border belts here at Ranbir Singh Pura area.
The rally attended by senior police officers witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the civil society and market associations.
Around 1,500 participants from different sections of society joined the rally with the National Flag in their hands.
The participation of people across age groups reflected the deep sense of patriotism and collective pride among the residents of the border area.
