Srinagar, Sept. 26 -- Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth has called upon troops in Kashmir to remain "agile and mission ready", urging them to embrace the five guiding principles of "VIJAY".
Gen Seth made the remarks during his visit to forward areas of the Chinar Corps on Friday, where he reviewed operational preparedness along the Line of Control (LOC) and was briefed on measures to maintain a robust security posture and strengthen operational capabilities.
In a post on X, the Army's Additional Directorate General of Public Information (ADGPI) said that Gen Seth commended all ranks for their professionalism, commitment and unwavering readiness.
